Data Stored Locally

Painter Mate may store customer names, customer reference numbers, addresses, billing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, project names, project numbers, dates, status, tasks, checklists, work rules, dimensions, prices, hours, distance fees, quote numbers, quote history, material records, paint stock, RAL/color information, photos, settings, language choice, company name and subscription status on your device.

This data stays on your device by default. Vamit does not automatically receive your customers, projects, quotes, photos, stock, checklists or reports.

Camera and Photos

The camera may be used when you choose to scan a barcode, QR code, RAL/color code or add before/after project photos. Photos are stored locally unless you choose to export, email, print, save to a cloud folder or share them through another app.

Quotes, Reports and Exports

Painter Mate can prepare quotes, reports and export files. Export, print, email and cloud/map saving actions are started by the user. If you choose OneDrive, Google Drive, email, a file manager, printer service or another external app, that service processes the data under its own privacy policy.

Ads

The free version of Painter Mate may display ads served by Google AdMob. The app may use App Open ads and interstitial ads. Google may process advertising identifiers, device information, app activity, approximate location or other data according to Google's advertising and privacy policies.

Ad availability and personalization depend on Google settings, consent choices, region and device configuration. Paid subscriptions or trial status may reduce or remove ads where supported.

Subscriptions and Payments

Painter Mate may offer a free trial and paid subscriptions. Payments and subscription management are handled through Google Play Billing when enabled. Google processes payment information under Google Play's policies. The app receives purchase status and product information needed to unlock paid access or remove ads.

Support Emails

If you email Vamit for support, we receive the information you choose to include. This may include your email address, message, screenshots, customer examples, quote examples or attached files. We use this information only for support, bug follow-up, app improvement and necessary administration.

Third-Party Services

Painter Mate may interact with third-party services only when needed for a selected feature, such as Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, Android camera and file picker, email apps, printer services, cloud storage apps and the user's selected browser or sharing tools.

Retention and Deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app data, clear Android app storage or uninstall the app. Files that you export or save to cloud, email, printer or file services must be deleted in those services. Support emails are kept as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and follow-up.

Security

Painter Mate uses local device storage and Android system features such as camera permission, file picker and share menu. External connections use HTTPS where supported by the selected service.

Children

Painter Mate is intended for professional use by adults and is not directed at children.

Changes

This privacy policy may be updated when app features, ads, billing, export options or third-party services change. The date at the top shows when this document was last updated.
