Microphone and tuning

The microphone is used only after you start tuning. Sound samples are processed temporarily in memory on your device to calculate pitch. The app does not save audio recordings, upload microphone audio or send audio to advertising services. Capture stops when you finish or leave the app. You can revoke microphone permission in Android settings. Core tuning works offline.

Local settings

Instrument choices, tuning presets, language, calibration and appearance are stored on your device. No account is required. The app does not provide cloud synchronization. Clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove its local settings and presets. Android backup of app data is disabled.

Premium and reviews

Optional monthly Premium removes advertising while the subscription is active. Google Play handles payment and subscription management; the app does not receive your card details. The app queries purchase status and processes purchase identifiers and tokens to restore and acknowledge your subscription. It stores the last known Premium status on this device. Google Play also handles the optional review dialog; the app does not receive your star rating or review text.

Advertising and consent

The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. These services may collect and share IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics and performance information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and security. Microphone audio is not included. Data transmitted by Google's SDK uses encryption in transit. Advertisements and consent forms require internet access; they are not required for core tuning.

Where required, a consent message is shown before advertising can be requested. You can revisit available choices through Settings → Privacy choices for ads. Advertising may still involve data processing when ads are non-personalized. Full-screen advertisements are limited to eligible completed-session breaks.

Support

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and resolve your request, and retain correspondence only as necessary for that purpose or applicable legal obligations. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. We do not add a separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK in this version.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data we hold, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact support@vamit.net. Local presets can be erased on your device; we cannot access them remotely. For data controlled by Google, use Google's privacy controls or contact Google. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority. Consent is used where required for advertising; handling support requests relies on providing support and our legitimate interest in resolving issues.

Audience and changes

TuneTotal is a general music utility and is not specifically directed at children. This policy may be updated when the app or its services change. The current policy and effective date are always available on this page.

Microfoon en lokale gegevens

De microfoon werkt alleen nadat je het stemmen start. Geluid wordt tijdelijk in het geheugen van je toestel verwerkt om de toonhoogte te meten. De app slaat geen geluidsopnamen op en verstuurt geen microfoongeluid naar ons of advertentiediensten. De microfoon stopt wanneer je de sessie beëindigt of de app verlaat. Stemmen werkt offline. Je kunt de microfoontoestemming intrekken in Android.

Instrumentkeuze, stemmingen, taal, kalibratie en uiterlijk worden lokaal bewaard. Je hebt geen account nodig. Er is geen cloudsynchronisatie en Android-back-ups zijn uitgeschakeld. Wis de appgegevens of verwijder de app om de lokale instellingen te verwijderen.

Premium en reviews

Het optionele maandabonnement Premium verwijdert advertenties zolang het actief is. Google Play verwerkt betalingen en beheert het abonnement; de app ontvangt geen kaartgegevens. De app controleert de aankoopstatus en verwerkt aankoop-ID’s en tokens voor herstel en bevestiging van je abonnement. De laatst bekende Premium-status wordt lokaal bewaard. Google Play beheert ook het optionele beoordelingsvenster; de app ontvangt je sterren of beoordelingstekst niet.

Advertenties

Google Mobile Ads en Google User Messaging Platform kunnen IP-adressen en daaruit afgeleide geschatte locatie, apparaat- of advertentie-ID's, appinteracties, diagnostische gegevens en prestatiegegevens verzamelen en delen voor advertenties, meting, fraudepreventie en beveiliging. Microfoongeluid hoort daar niet bij. De Google-SDK versleutelt gegevens tijdens verzending. Waar vereist verschijnt eerst een toestemmingsbericht. Beschikbare keuzes kun je opnieuw openen via Instellingen → Privacykeuzes voor advertenties. Ook niet-gepersonaliseerde advertenties kunnen gegevensverwerking vereisen. Volledige schermadvertenties verschijnen alleen op toegestane pauzes na een voltooide stemsessie.

Google licht bewaartermijnen, internationale doorgiften en verwerking toe in het hierboven gekoppelde privacybeleid. Deze versie bevat geen afzonderlijke analyse- of crashrapportage-SDK.

Ondersteuning en rechten

Bij een e-mail ontvangen we je e-mailadres en wat je meestuurt. We gebruiken dit om je vraag te beantwoorden en bewaren dit zolang nodig voor ondersteuning of wettelijke verplichtingen. Stuur geen wachtwoorden of onnodige gevoelige gegevens. Waar van toepassing heb je recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, overdraagbaarheid, bezwaar en het intrekken van toestemming. Neem contact op via support@vamit.net. Lokale stemmingen wis je zelf; wij hebben daar geen toegang toe. Voor gegevens onder Googles beheer gebruik je de privacyopties van Google. Je kunt een klacht indienen bij de Belgische Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit of je lokale toezichthouder.
